Most AI tools match companies on your ideal customer profile: sector, size, region. That tells you whether a company fits, not whether it needs you now. Vintoo starts there and goes through every source it can find: vacancies, LinkedIn posts, who is new in the role, company news, the KVK, tool switches, regulation and your own research questions. Every signal comes with a date and a source, plus the decision-maker and what to open with.

On every morning you pick, Vintoo adds new companies, as many as you set per morning, as long as you have credits. If a night finds fewer companies that fit, it doesn't make up for them later: we'd rather show you nothing than a company that isn't worth it. Companies to skip stay hidden and cost nothing.

For one company, if you know what to ask. Vintoo also looks where a chatbot can't, such as employees and job posts on LinkedIn, the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) and what changed on a website, and judges every company by the same rules against your offering. And it runs on its own: new prospects on the mornings you pick, and companies on wait can be checked again at set times.

When you sign up, Vintoo reads your own website and fills in your services and your ideal customer. You check that and change it whenever you want. Every verdict is about your offering: the same company can be a "contact" for you and a "don't contact" for someone else.

The verdict: contact, wait or don't contact, with the reason. The signals for and against. Who the decision-maker is. And up to 3 hooks for the first contact; you write the message yourself. On wait, it says what you're waiting for. Want the decision-maker's work email or phone number? Vintoo looks it up. A report is usually ready within a few minutes.

Companies to skip stay hidden and cost nothing. If a found prospect still isn't a fit, mark it as not relevant: it won't be suggested again and your reason counts toward the next searches. For up to 20% of the prospects found per period, you get the credits back. Companies you already have or excluded never come back.

Yes. Add companies by their website or LinkedIn page, one by one, as a file or through the API. They get the same report as a found prospect, for the same credits.

From public sources: the company's website, job posts, the LinkedIn company page and posts, public LinkedIn profiles of employees, company news and, for Dutch companies, the Chamber of Commerce (KVK). If a company has little online, Vintoo searches further through Google and, for Dutch companies, the KVK. If there's too little to find, the report says so instead of guessing.

Every signal shows where it comes from, with a link and a date when there is one, so you can check it yourself. The report also says what speaks against the verdict. Vintoo uses AI and can be wrong. Something off? Request a new report or email info@vintoo.nl.

When a signal has a date, you see it, and the older the signal, the less it weighs in the verdict. Want a hard limit? Set a maximum signal age under Settings → Reports; by default there is none. Vintoo searches company news from the past year, vacancies as they are open on their site now, and only recently posted vacancies on LinkedIn. Is a prospect on wait? Have it monitored: a new report every week, month or quarter.

Vintoo only uses business information that companies and people made public themselves, and never looks up private email addresses. Our servers and database are in Amsterdam. Your account comes with a data processing agreement, and companies can opt out. More in the privacy statement.

Yes. After you sign up, Vintoo finds your first 5 companies for free, each with a full report and the decision-makers' email addresses, no credit card needed. A subscription is paid monthly and you cancel whenever you want, in the dashboard; it runs until the end of the period. Your companies and reports stay available afterwards, and you can always export them.

A full report costs 40 credits, also with automatic search, where skipped companies are free. A work email or phone number costs extra, only when found. A report that fails costs nothing. Your plan's credits don't carry over to the next month. When they run out, buy extra credits that never expire, or upgrade and get the new credits right away.
