What Vintoo does
Vintoo writes one report per prospect. It tells you whether to approach a company now, why, who decides and which hooks you can use. You write and send the message yourself.
One report per prospect
You already know which companies you want to work with. Add them to Vintoo and it researches each one the way you would: their website, LinkedIn, job posts, reviews and news. The result is a short report you can act on.
- Verdict. Contact, wait or don't contact, with the reasons.
- Signals. The facts behind the verdict, each with a date and a source.
- Decision-maker. The person who most likely owns the problem you solve.
- Hooks. Up to three concrete occasions to reach out now.
The four verdicts
- Contact
- Approach this company now. There is a fit and a reason to reach out.
- Wait
- There is a fit, but no reason to reach out yet. The report tells you what to watch for.
- Don't contact
- Don't approach this company. It doesn't fit your offer, or something rules it out.
- No signal
- Vintoo found too little information to judge this company.
A report that says don't contact is a useful outcome. It saves you from writing to a company that won't buy.
What Vintoo doesn't do
- It doesn't find new leads. You bring the companies you want to reach.
- It doesn't write your message. You know your customer and your voice.
- It doesn't send anything. You write and send from your own mailbox.
How it works
- Set up your organization. Vintoo reads your website to learn what you offer and who you sell to.
- Add prospects by website, by uploading a file or from LinkedIn with the Chrome extension.
- Start the analysis. A report takes a few minutes. How reports work explains what happens.
- Read the report and decide. If you approach the company, write the first message yourself, starting from a hook.
- Monitor prospects that aren't ready yet. Vintoo emails you when something changes.
