Create an account

Sign up on the register page. Without a subscription, every organization gets 5 free reports per calendar month. No card needed.

Step 1: your organization

Enter your organization's name, your website and the country of your prospects. The country decides where Vintoo searches: Google, Google Maps and LinkedIn results come from that country. You can change it later.

Vintoo then reads your website. This takes a moment.

Step 2: your ideal customer

Vintoo fills in your ideal customer from what it learned on your site. Check and adjust:

• The company. Sectors, business model, company size, growth stage and region.
• Who decides. The job titles that decide about your offer. Vintoo uses them to pick the decision-maker in each report.
• Need and timing. The pain points you solve, and signals that make a prospect relevant right now, such as a new head of marketing or an outdated website.
• Not a fit. Exclusions: companies that look like a fit but never are. A prospect that matches gets the advice to skip.
• Extra information (optional). Anything about your ideal customer that the fields above don't cover.

Every field is optional. Leave a field empty when it doesn't matter to you.

Step 3: check your details

Check how Vintoo describes you:

• Who you are and what you do. A short description of your organization.
• Services. What you sell. Every report judges a prospect against these.

Click Complete. Vintoo then works out which roles matter for your offer and which parts of the website technology of a prospect count. You can change all of this later in the organization settings.

Add your first prospects

You land on an empty dashboard. Click Add prospects in the top bar to add the companies you want to reach. See Adding prospects.

Joining a team

Were you invited to an existing organization? After signing up, choose Accept invitation and enter the 6-digit code from your invitation. See Team and access.
