Plans and usage
You pay a monthly subscription that includes a number of reports. Without a subscription you get 5 free reports per calendar month.

Prices exclude VAT. Unused reports don't carry over to the next period.
Free reports
Every organization gets 5 free reports per calendar month (UTC), without a subscription. When you upgrade, the free reports you have left that month are added to your first paid period.
What counts as a report
- Every report you start counts, including Analyze again and monitoring checks.
- Failed reports don't count.
- Adding a prospect without analyzing it is free.
The top bar shows how much of your volume is used and how many reports are left. When it runs out, new reports are blocked until the next period starts or you upgrade.
Upgrading and downgrading
An upgrade takes effect right away: a new billing period starts with the full volume of the new plan. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current period.
Only owners can start a subscription or open the billing portal. Both open in a new window, and invoices are sent by email.
