Organization settings
Your profile decides how every prospect is judged. The better it describes what you sell and to whom, the sharper the reports.
Where to find them
Open the settings with the button next to your organization name in the top bar. External members can view the settings but not change them.
What you can set
| Section | What it does |
|---|---|
| Organization | Name, website, the country of your prospects, a description, your size and why customers choose you. The country decides where Vintoo searches. |
| Services | What you sell. Every report judges a prospect against these services. |
| Ideal customer | Your ideal customer: sectors, business model, company size, growth stage, region, decision-makers, pain points, signals with keywords, and when a prospect is not a fit. Used to recognise fit, pain and timing, and to pick the decision-maker. |
| Personalization | Extra information about your organization that goes into every report. |
| API & MCP | API keys and the MCP server. See API and MCP. |
| Webhooks | One URL that receives every finished report, signed so you can check it came from Vintoo. See the API reference. |
Website technology
Reports always include the technology behind the website of the prospect. Vintoo only shows the groups that matter for your offer. It picks them from your profile, and picks again when your profile changes.
