Team and access
An organization can have several members. Owners can change everything; external members can only look.
Roles
- Owner
- Adds and analyzes prospects, changes settings and monitoring, and manages API keys and billing.
- External
- Can open the prospect list and every report, but can't change anything. Buttons and fields are disabled, and a Read-only badge shows in the top bar.
Inviting someone
Owners invite teammates through the MCP server, for example by asking an AI assistant connected to Vintoo to invite a colleague by email. The invitee gets a 6-digit code that is valid for 7 days and enters it after signing up, under Accept invitation.
More than one organization
You can belong to several organizations, for example when you work for more than one brand. Switch between them, or add a new one, with the organization switcher in the top bar. Each organization has its own prospects, settings and report volume.
